The Division of Climate, Coastal, & Energy uses an integrated approach of applied science, education, policy development, and incentives to address Delaware’s climate, energy, and coastal challenges. The Division leads statewide climate change mitigation and adaptation programs; provides grants for sustainability and resiliency planning, energy efficiency, and alternative fuel technology; and provides coordination and assistance to support environmentally sensitive land use practices and coastal resource management.
